Muslim-Catholic Conflict hits St Bede’s in Bradford

The National Secular Society (NSS) today published a report on an outbreak of violence between religious gangs at Bradford’s St Bede’s School on Monday. Whereas Bradford’s Telegraph and Argus was somewhat coy about revealing the identity of one of the two factions, insulting the intelligence of its readers by referring to ‘Conflict between two faiths at a Bradford catholic school’ thereby singling out Christians, the NSS had no such inhibitions about identifying the Muslim begetters of violence who attacked school buses:
Stones and half-bricks were thrown at the three buses and terrified pupils had to dodge the missiles which smashed windows causing £600 worth of damage.
This violence followed on from an earlier ‘stand-off’ between the two gangs. The fact is, the two don’t mix, and pupils should not have to suffer from being forced to study alongside Muslims. Such forcible mixing is harmful to the educational and personal development of non-Muslim pupils, and it is disgraceful that children’s futures are being blighted for the sake of politically correct and factually insupportable platitudes concerning the desirability of this type of mixed education. Witness the result of the enforced bussing of Muslim pupils from Swindon to the Ridgeway School in the Wiltshire village of Wroughton: a pupil named Henry Webster almost losing his life after falling victim to a vicious hammer attack by a Muslim gang.

Comments left on the Telegraph and Argus website seem to back up the idea that the violence was one-sided and perpetrated by Muslim pupils. One commenter claimed that “the older brothers, [and] cousins” of the Muslim attackers came out to assist them in bricking the buses. Another commenter stated that the print version of the Telegraph and Argus reported that "unrest was sparked by a Year 11 class discussion over religion" in which Muslims had provoked their Catholic classmates with derogatory remarks.

Heaton Labour Councillor Imdad Hussain intervened stating that talks were needed between parents and pupils from both sides to avoid an escalation into what the NSS described as ‘full-scale gang warfare’. However, what is really required of course is the punishment and expulsion of those Muslim pupils who engaged in this utterly unjustifiable act of violence, as well as the arrest and imprisonment of any other family members who turned up to assist in this crime. By calling for 'talks', Hussain seems to be implying that there is some form of moral equivalence between the two sides. So far as I can see, this is not the case, for there is one clear aggressor and the aggressor must be dealt with firmly rather than pandered to. This is the only approach that will nip violence in the bud.

This sort of predatory violence has of course bedevilled Bradford for many years, as exemplified by a brutal attack upon an 89-year-old English woman in Lister Park (situated next to St Bede’s) and an assault upon an English pensioner couple by a Muslim gang within a fortnight of each other in June 2009. Neighbouring Dewsbury, with its large and growing Islamic enclaves, has also witnessed attacks upon English residents and buses. There are many other cases of aggression - including assault, arson and death threats – which go unreported either because the victims fear being stigmatised as ‘racists’, or because the media and politicians are unwilling to face up to it because of fears over what they term ‘community cohesion’ (in reality, a fear of losing Muslim bloc votes). It is against such a backdrop of ethno-religious aggression that the incident at St Bede’s should be viewed.

  1. I am not muslim nor would I ever defend Islam!! I'm Canadian of Scottish/Irish/German descent, raised Roman Catholic but am an atheist. It pains me to see how far Great Britain has fallen in the name of political correctness...watching with horror from afar as the UK sleep-walks into becoming an Islamic country. Islam does not and never will belong in a democracy, because muslims adhere to Sharia Law above and beyond all man-made laws. Islam is a totalitarian ideology masquerading as a religion. Wonder why they resort to violence at the drop of a hat? It's only going to get worse. Be strong my British friends...

    1. first of all i like to say that this attack that happend came from both sides soi do not bleive that muslims should be the ONLY ones to blame.I believe that thier should be sever consequences for any pupil who tries to take action to there own hands no matter hat race or religion.

    2. I am not defending these certain individuals but I think it is wrong for you to judge a religion whether it is Christianity, Islam, Hinduism, Judaism etc. Nor do I think you should make offensive comments to a religion that a vast majority follow. My mother always taught me RESPECT EACH RELIGION LIKE IT IS YOUR OWN. As a student who attended this school I know for a fact that both sides were to blame for this incident and not just MUSLIMS how it evidently states in the text above. I am appalled to say that the author of this text is a biased individual and the phrase "don't always believe what you hear" springs to mind. Moving back on the topic I do believe these individuals should be punished for their acts.

You should not always blame Muslims when it was both sides and individuals that
being said I find disgraceful. As a pupil that was educated there I can assure it was not just musliims . So would pe just stop singling Muslims because I personally think that is racist to the religion Islam. Besides the Muslims could have been provoked. Please reply as I would love to get back to you.

  3. When I spotted this report in the Bradford paper, the first thing I, too, noticed was that, as the printed paper reported, the conflict was a religious one, and was between "Catholics" and "Asians". My ironic comment was that this religion of "Asianism" was a new one on me. The Bradford Telegraph and Argus WILL NOT use the "M" word, but is quite happy to use the "C" word! I thought of writing to the paper, but, after a briefly honest period on this and related topics, after 9/11 and 7/7. the Telegraph and Argus has reverted to being the local edition of the Guardian, and, I know, would not have printed my letter, even though I meticulously avoid anything that might suggest racism or even (whisper the word) Islamophobia. The Telegraph and Argus, like local politicians, is IN FEAR of the local Muslim population.

  4. What are these satanic pigs even doing in a Catholic school?

  5. I add a further comment. To all those who say that it is only "Islamophobia" and "racism" that compels Muslims not to integrate and mix with local non-muslim populations, and that places like Bradford genuinely ARE "multi-cultural", I would draw their attention to the "Family Announcements" page of the said Bradford paper, the Telegraph and Argus. People of Pakistani, Bangladeshi, and Kashmiri origins have been living in the Bradford district for over 50 years now (yes!): and yet, in those columns, I estimate that there is only ever about one birth/marriage/death entry from such people in about 4 months (although I haven't kept a tally). And I would guess that even that "one" reflects a mixed family. However, there are many entries from other "minority" (that word is becoming redundant) populations - Polish, Ukrainian, West Indian, African, Irish, Italian, (and, no doubt, in time, Russian and Slovak). Integration? Don't make me laugh! Two separate populations, Muslim and "the rest", living in the same city. For "Apartheid", don't swallow the lies about Israel. Apartheid is alive and flourishing in Bradford Metropolitan district.

  6. I tire of hearing of the antics of these people on a daily basis and wonder why they are allowed by government to conduct themselves in such manner. Now we hear that the youth of this alien religion believe they can carry on the violence and manipulative deviance into the lives of our children in an attempt to perpetuate the status Quo! This needs dealing with now and the censorship conducted by all media that attempts to reduce the facts significantly requires attention by the readers in some form of financial impact - Don't give them your money till they start to print the facts.

  7. The "integration" is intentional.

Why did Leftists bus people across cities and counties to new schools? Because the purpose isn't to "fix" anything. The purpose isn't to "give them a chance" or any of that bleeding heart bullshit. The entire purpose is the CREATE a problem. This is Cultural Marxism. The Leftists create the problems in the ghettos then bus those problems elsewhere. Cultural Marxists (and Leftists in general) believe they cannot change the economy for their Leftist Utopia. They need to change the Culture. So they attack "White Culture" at every opportunity.
    * Don't teach "White Culture" or even mention except to denigrate and tear it down. (Catholics vs Asians in this example. That translates to a religion vs a race, making it look like Catholics are racists)
    * Teach other cultures and only teach the "good", even when it's a lie. (Margaret Mead anyone?)

This leads to demoralization, the stripping away of the morals that built Western society. When the Marxist Jews did this in Germany (creating the problem by perverting the society through "sexual education") they created a morally barren people for the Holocaust. The Cultural Marxists fled to NYC, Wisconsin, and Los Angeles, where they continued to this day.

Many Leftists are just Useful Idiots, thinking they're Saints but in reality they're just Imps and Lesser Demons.

  8. Would you wear a T-shirt with a Mohammad cartoon printed on it?

You might in Montana. Don’t try it in Mecca.

    Why?

Because, Islam trains a small number of its most devout believers it’s OK to kill. And Islamic killers have been trained to kill anyone who insults Allah and/or Mohammad.

In Montana you’d have a good chance none of these Islamic killers would see you.

In Mecca you wouldn’t last five minutes. One of Islam’s killers would come from out of nowhere and kill you. It is that simple.

You don’t believe me? Ask any Muslim!

  10. Brigantian, why didn't you write to the paper? You should write and write. It's because people never speak out "because it's no use" but are content to grumble on sites like this, that the situation has got so completely out of hand. Write and write, and find like-minded people. Pay for an ad.

  11. Why don't you just send those immigrants back?
They contribute nothing to your country.
Do not let them create hell like here in my country.
Burning and bombing Churches, killing apostasies, discriminating, etc are like usual actions.

    1. Pffft "contribute nothing to your country" are you having a laugh mate?! If it wasn't for the British army invading countries, sending their valuable loved one's to war do you think there would even be any immigrants in England?? They should be back in England safe and sound... England needs immigrants because they are the more hardworking and knowledgeable individuals not to forget many of them are the one's working in hospitals, banks labs etc... So before you write something think for a moment 'do I even know what I'm talking about??

  12. Well Anonymous number one, you're lucky to live in Canada as it's a large country where there are opportunities to live separately from your Muslim population. England, as you know, is a very crowded country. However, from what I've read (particularly at Blazing Cat Fur), Canada seems to be beset by the same PC multiculturalist mindset as here in the UK.

Peter, I agree that this was a sick sectarian attack. I'm hoping that it will not be repeated.

  13. Brigantian, that's an interesting observation re the reluctance of the Telegraph and Argus to use the 'M' word. However, as shown by its story on the female English convert alleging to have suffered verbal abuse from schoolchildren, they are happy to employ it if the story can be framed in such a way as to portray Muslims or Islam in the victim role. What you say with respect to the development of the parallel Muslim and non-Muslim societies in the city is also true: they do not intersect.

  14. Gary, I must admit to being a little confused as to why they're in a Catholic school. I'd always thought that parents had to be Catholics to send their children to such an institution, but evidently St Bede's doesn't apply such rules. Anyway, these days blocking entry to children of other 'faiths' would contradict various pieces of legislation about 'discrimination' and 'diversity'.

  15. Anonymous Number Two, a generalised boycott of media that don't report this wouldn't really work. Just about all journalists belong to the National Union of Journalists (NUJ) which has a code on the reporting of religious and ethnic 'minorities' which demands that they distort the facts so as to avoid generating 'hate'. Ditto with respect to the various pieces of anti-'hate speech' legislation on the statute books. Reporting is thus systematically and purposefully distorted.

  16. Thanks for your mention of Margaret Mead and allusion to the Frankfurt School Thomas. Both have had an incredible influence and corrosive impact upon the social sciences. Mead’s research of course was proven to be deeply flawed, based upon stories fabricated by Samoan schoolgirls as a joke. Alas, she founded her own theory of human nature and social development upon this useless study, and it has been passed down to generation after generation of university students. This, combined with the cultural Marxism of Marcuse, Adorno and Horkheimer, has created an ideology that hates all that is Western, White and European.

  17. Anonymous Number Three: if I were to wear such a t-shirt three consequences would swiftly follow: firstly, I’d be sacked. Secondly, I’d probably be attacked by Muslims in the greater urban area in which I reside; and thirdly, it would be likely that I’d be arrested for seeking to cause ‘a breach of the peace’ or for ‘inciting religious hatred’. In reality, we no longer have public freedom of speech and expression in the UK.

  18. Thanks for your comment Anonymous Number Four. I'll take a look at your link. Unfortunately, our laws currently preclude us from 'sending them back', and it doesn't look as if any political party with the prospect of power is going to advocate such a necessary course of action.

  19. for the information of these un educated people who have left comments against islam, your lives are very sad you need to get a life, most of your catholic schools are running because there are children with other faiths there, and if your so bothered about mixed schools then stop the schools taking other faiths on, if your not able to do that keep your stupid opinions to your selves or if your man enough confront the islamic nation upfront

  22. Reply from WLIL...
I agree with you, Durotrigan. I noticed too the diminishing of freedom of speech in UK. There are many asian countries who tried to impress upon about their socalled multiracialism/multiculturalism when in reality those various groups of asians came from the same predominant non-white race and predominant non-white culture, even though they are of different asian tribes or are of different faiths or non-faiths. Multiracialism always provoked conflict because they tend to bring their various backward Eastern cultural dogma to the West. People should not be forced to welcome multiracialism or multiculturalism if it endanger our individual freedom or caused too much intrusion or too much discomfort.

  23. I don't believe people should be allowed to form faith in any belief systems that could be perceived to promote prejudice or discrimination.

The link below shows hidden footage around the religious teaching of children, It clearly indicates teachings that can only stimulate a negative discriminatory perspective to non believers.

  24. My son attends this school and was witness to the violence. It started with rude comments from an asian youth in Religious Instructions that an english youth took offence to. That lunch time the asian youth had about 50 other asians come to the school and threatened the year 11 pupils. I am very sad and disappointed to report that no action at all was taken against the perpatrator - maybe this could be called reverse racism.

  26. It's interesting what you say about the dispute originating in an RE lesson as this tallies with reports that I've stumbled upon elsewhere. It's disgraceful that no action was taken against the instigator of this incident, for it will only serve to embolden him and his kind to attempt to intimidate non-Muslim pupils. By failing to punish the boy and those others who came to attack English pupils, the likelihood of the recurrence of such behaviour has been increased.

  27. I don't see Bradford as an Islamic issue it is more of an English - Pakistani issue. The Pakistanis of Bradford do not represent Islam. This was a race scenario stemming from an RE lesson. The lack of integration in Bradford is more down to Pakistani culture in conflict with whatever our English culture is or perceived to be.

As a Muslim I don't hate on English people or people who are white as I myself am English born and bred and white. I am a practising Muslim frequenting the mosque regularly and I have never conferred or seen people discussing any form of hate. I can honestly say our discussions are more directed to our own who behave is a negative way and tar us practising Muslims with the negative brush. Sad to see some opinions on here, maybe some of you should look at yourself and shoulder some blame for the lack of integration as I do when looking at my fellow Muslims. :(

  28. This anti-white institutional racism is happening every day here in Bradford. Now Galloway has been elected, expect it to continue. Our only hope at the moment is that, some time in the future, the US will come to our rescue and free us from this foreign force.

People On all sides are causing havock but we can only hope and pray that the civil folk will hold onto there civil behaviour on both sides and sone other hidden haters will hold back there tongues.
